Winds of Change
Founded in 1974, the Winds of Change (WOC) is a non-profit theatre society located in Queens County, Nova Scotia. Partners for nearly 50 years, the Astor Theatre and the Winds of Change, began working together in 1979. The partnership was a response to increased interest in live presentation. At the time, the Astor installed a new thrust stage to accommodate the larger performing acts.

Recent WOC co-productions at the Astor include “Rock of Ages” and “Follies.”
