COVID-19: As per Provincial Phase 5 guidelines, we are allowed full capacity audiences with no social distancing. All audience members must show proof of full COVID-19 vaccination and a piece of identification at the door, or a valid proof of medical exemption from vaccination.
Masks must be worn at all times inside the building, including throughout the performance.
By entering the Astor Theatre you are confirming that you or anyone in your household:
- do not exhibit any of the symptoms of COVID-19
- are not awaiting the results of a COVID-19 test
- have not had close contact with anyone confirmed to have COVID-19 in the last 14 days.
By entering the Astor Theatre you agree to adhere to any Federal, Provincial or Municipal health & safety directions and venue protocols related to COVID-19. You recognize the contagious nature of COVID-19 and voluntarily assume any associated risks.

*The Box Office reserves the right to select seating for tickets purchased within 30 minutes of curtain time.
*When buying tickets through Ticketpro online, please make sure you have completed your transaction and have received a confirmation email from Ticketpro. Otherwise your purchase will be incomplete. Ticket Refund/Exchange Policy
*Please note that all sales are final. Tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE. If an event is cancelled you will be advised by email or by phone on how to get a refund or use the tickets for the rescheduled event date. Refunds cannot be made once the ticket has been purchased. Tickets will be accepted for resale prior to the performance, and if a purchaser is found, the ticket price will be refunded. In the event of a show cancellation, refunds will be made available. Tickets can only be exchanged for a different performance of the same show. Exchanges will be accepted until 24 hours prior to the first performance.
Special COVID-19 refund policy:
We want to ensure people do not come to the theatre when they feel unwell. For the duration of the COVID-19 pandemic we will refund in full any tickets you have purchased, right up to the time of the event. Please stay home if you are feeling unwell.
