Participants will learn the basics of polymer clay – softening, rolling and cutting to create a flower cane. Students can exchange with each other to make a pendant from the mix of flowers.
A pendant and keychain will be made.

Let Willo Treschow guide you through the process of creating one of these tiny baskets as she shares the pine needle weaving skills she learned during her time in BC.
The needles used in the workshop are from the Ponderosa Pine found in the interior of British Columbia; a long-needle pine that is stronger than our native Nova Scotian pines.
Celebrate the return of spring and learn the traditional art of pine needle basket weaving!

This International Women’s Day, we are proud to present this Neptune Theatre show, featuring some of Nova Scotia’s leading female musicians celebrating one of the most iconic female songwriters and performers of our time.
Bringing the songbook of Adele to life, renowned actor and singer, Kelly Holiff performs Adele’s most iconic songs. With her powerful voice, huge heart and hilarious stories, Kelly brings her own interpretation of Adele’s music to the stage. Backed by a world-class band led by musical director Sarah Richardson.
Kelly Holiff is one of Canada’s most dynamic performers. Local audiences will remember her outstanding and uproarious performance as Captain Hook in Neptune’s Peter Pan. Sarah Richardson has been a performer, multi-instrumentalist, and musical director for over 20 years.
Put these amazing artists together with the songbook of one of the best songwriters of the modern age and we hope you agree that we have a sublime evening of song.

This March Break we will once again be hosting our neighbour Scot Slessor of SAS Glass for a series of the always popular stained glass workshops for youth, and for the first time, Chris DeWolf, who will be creating pendants and keychains from polymer clay!
